  3. We ship it anonymously

    We pour, pack and ship. The sender on the waybill is DubCandle studio.

Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take?

Production takes [X] days. Then delivery with Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta — [X–Y] days within Ukraine. We'll send you the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can you ship outside Ukraine?

Not yet — delivery is within Ukraine only. You can order from anywhere, as long as the recipient is in Ukraine.

Will the recipient find out who sent it?

No, unless you tell them. The sender on the waybill is DubCandle studio. Your details are neither on the box nor on the waybill. The note only says what you write.

What if the parcel isn't collected?

It comes back to the studio, and the order counts as fulfilled: no refund and no resending. So let the recipient know a parcel is waiting for them.
